How LION Selects Action Items
LION publishes action items when three conditions are met: (1) there is a specific decision being made by a public body, (2) public comment or attendance is allowed and meaningfully shapes the record, and (3) the timing is tight enough that residents need to know now.
We do not publish action items to drive turnout for its own sake. We publish them when showing up changes something.
